Set of 3 cutting boards by knIndustrie, KN Book model.

Inspired by the “Kn” book by Carlo Belli, considered the Italian abstractionism manifesto, these cutting boards designed by Roberto Vaia play with the idea of illusory perception of reality. The cutting boards hide their real function indeed: they are book-shaped, with the book title engraved on the spine.

A fabric strap holds the cutting boards together, reminding of the old-fashioned book straps.

The cutting boards are made of three kinds of wood: Canaletto walnut, oak, and ash wood.

Each cutting board is sized (W x D x H): 27 x 17.6 x 2.5 cm.
